Entrepreneurship is all about the propensity to take risks, plan, organize, streamline and manage a new business idea in a dynamic global marketplace. Entrepreneurship is marked by job creation rather than job seeking. Entrepreneurs are independent-minded, innovative people. To create awareness on developing Entrepreneurship skills, MBA Department of Francis Xavier Engineering College organized a webinar on “Entrepreneurship Mindset” in collaboration with Ekalaiv Tech Private Limited.
The distinguished resource person was Mr.Lakshman Babu, Co-founder & Director, Techgenzi Private Limited. He guided students on why to choose an entrepreneurship as career path. He expressed his thought about what skillset and mindset the Entrepreneurs should develop to achieve success. He also emphasizes to set a goal and to develop an entrepreneur mindset to become a job creator than to become a job seeker.
At the end of the webinar, the resource person took questions from the participants. A number of questions were asked, Mr.Lakshman answered all the questions with crisp and clear information. The webinar ended with vote of thanks.
